  1. TOY_CAD is Toy CAD v.1.0 by Paul B. Dennis.  It is a new CAD (Computer
  2. Aided Design) program designed to allow you to include 3-D graphics in
  3. your own programs. Create your own 3-D graphics which can then be saved
  4. in the programs special crunched format (less than 2% of a single frame
  5. of screen memory per graphic) or as a .NEOChrome picture.  The program
  6. contains a demo that takes you step by step through the creation of a
  7. complex 3-D design.  See the mouse move about all by itself (fun to
  8. watch!).  The graphics can be moved and scaled in real time.  This
  9. program can act as a competent art program as well, reading, creating/
  10. editing .NEO pictures as well.  Mouse and keyboard controlled.  Color
  11. only.  Docs included.  There is really nothing "Toyish" about this fine
  12. program!  He also includes in the program a document file that explains
  13. his vision of how to protect our environment.  Reading and sharing this
  14. article is the shareware payment for using this program.
